Trafficking & Exploitation Prevention
We identify and address risks of human trafficking, exploitation, and abuse through research, field assessments, awareness, and prevention initiatives.

संरक्षण नेपालSamrakshan Nepal — meaning "protection" — intercepts trafficking before it happens, rescues those already trapped, and stands with survivors through legal cases, recovery, and a livelihood on their own terms.

Samrakshan Nepal (संरक्षण नेपाल) is committed to protecting human dignity, strengthening access to justice, and preventing human trafficking and exploitation in Nepal. We work with vulnerable communities who face heightened risks of exploitation, abuse, and exclusion.
Our team brings together professionals with long-standing experience in human trafficking, exploitation, and access to justice. We conduct field research, review and verify reported cases, and refer them to the appropriate government and law enforcement authorities — who lead the response — while providing survivor support, awareness programs, and ongoing coordination throughout the process.
Anti-human trafficking remains our central focus while our mandate is broad enough to respond to all related forms of exploitation, forced labor, and injustice.

Transparency, accountability, and ethics are not aspirations — they are the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
We publish our findings, share our methods, and report openly to the communities and stakeholders who trust us with their stories.
Every decision connects to measurable outcomes. We answer to the people we serve, not just the institutions that fund us.
The rights and dignity of those we serve guide every choice we make — from intake procedures to advocacy strategy.
Meaningful and sustainable change requires collaboration. Samrakshan Nepal seeks to build constructive relationships with government agencies, law enforcement, civil society organizations, community groups, legal professionals, and researchers working to advance human rights, protection, and access to justice.
We welcome opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and initiatives that strengthen protection and access to justice.
